OUR STORY
Tennessee deserved a school where
the classroom and the closing table
finally meet. So we built one.
After more than 30 years and 2,000+ transactions in Middle Tennessee, and
after years of teaching approved courses across the industry, our founder saw the same gap
over and over: new licensees who passed the exam but did not know how to build a business, and
experienced agents renewing licenses with courses they forgot by Friday.
